FrightFest will be adhering to all the latest Covid-19 rules and guidelines including 1m+ social distancing, 6 people per table and everything else.
We are working closely with Surrey Heath Borough Council and completed a Risk Assessment to ensure all safety guidelines are being followed. Your health and well-being are our number one priorities.
We ask all guests to remain at their table unless they wish to purchase more tokens, go to the toilet or go outside for a smoke. Anyone who refuses will kindly be asked to leave.
Sorry – no. Our policy is no refunds of tickets or tokens purchased in advance. However, if you have bought a ticket that you then find you can’t use, you can transfer it to a friend.
Black tokens are worth £2, white tokens are worth £1 and gold tokens are worth £10.
Tokens purchased at the event will be available in various multiples and the cost works out at £2 per ½ pint or £4 per pint. However, some guest beers will cost £3 for a ½ pint and £6 for a pint.
On this occasion we not going to allow the use of investor discounts nor 50% Xtra vouchers. Essentially the added costs of adhering to the Government’s socially distancing guide lines rule discounts out.
In the case where we'd be unable to host FrightFest due to new government rules and regulations, you will receive the full ticket amount paid in vouchers that can be redeemed at the Taproom anytime.
All tables will be inside for FrightFest. A few tables will be placed downstairs inside the brewery at the entrance.
The admission price includes a small contribution to the extra costs associated with running the event under the Government Covid-19 guidelines extra security and administrative costs.
Yes, this is our preferred option. Try booking as a 6 to guarantee that you'll all sit together. If you do purchase individual tickets but know friends or family members who are also attending, please email email@example.com and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Yes, we will be serving a range of pizza specials as well as our core line-up of pizza classics including The Queen of Italy and Life On The Veg.
No – your ticket includes tokens which will be given to you at the entrance.
Please note there is NO REFUND for unused tokens at the end. If you run out during the evening, you can easily buy more at the token desk. We accept all contactless payment apart from AMEX.
Yes! Based on previous events, we expect a high demand for tickets.
Yes, there will be gin & tonic and wine available at a cost of £6. Soft drinks will cost £1 token.
