Questions & Answers

Q) What happens if I book and our party can’t make it?

A) If you can’t attend for whatever reason, you’ll receive your money back in beer vouchers or you can postpone to a future date.

Q) Is there parking onsite?

A) Parking is available on the industrial estate, but spaces depend on time of day and day of the week. We can arrange taxis or coach to pick up your group. Premier Inn and Holiday Inn holidays are only 6 minutes away if you prefer to stay overnight.

Q) What if the government rules restrict the event from happening?

A) Your deposit is backed by the Ascot Brewing guarantee, which means you’ll be able to reschedule the booking to another date or receive your money back in voucher form.

Q) What if someone doesn’t drink alcohol?

A) We have a variety of non-alcoholic options including low ABV beers, soft drinks, juices.
